Fundamental Chess Academy (currently based on the border of Santa Ana & Irvine, CA) offers beginner through advanced level chess lessons and chess classes. We also offer USCF-rated tournaments (Friday Knights & Saturday Quads) for the competitive chess player.
• Playing chess teaches students to build FOCUS and PATIENCE in order to carefully make logical and accurate decisions.
• Students develop self-discipline through HARD WORK and SPORTSMANSHIP, both necessary attributes of the successful chess player.
• And finally, chess empowers students to consistently give their BEST EFFORT at all times, whether we are winning or losing. Chess is the ultimate game to exercise your mental abilities and of course, have fun!
